We want you to feel confident when placing an order. If you decide an item isn’t right for you, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it.
What Can Be Returned
Any item may be returned within 14 days under the Consumer Protection Act (2019). Items must arrive back to us in their original condition and in the original packaging.
How to Return an Item
- Repack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the package back to us using Media Mail whenever possible.

Return Shipping Costs
Retailers are generally responsible for return-shipping costs. We will reimburse reasonable return postage for eligible returns.
Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
