June is the perfect time to add new varieties of perennials to your garden. GDHS will host a Plant Sale Fundraiser on Saturday, June 6, where garden lovers can purchase a variety of plants. Members and volunteers have cultivated beautiful gardens with their favorite perennials and potted them for you to add to your garden—Iris, Coneflower, Daylilies, Brown-Eyed Susan, Bleeding Heart, and Ligularia are just a few of the available options.
If you have a perennial you would like to donate for the Plant Sale, please use pots that are six to ten inches in diameter and six to eight inches in height. Donated plants may be dropped off at the Society’s booth in Carlton Drake Park between 9:00 and 10:00 on the morning of the sale.
